CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

Please note that once your appointment has been confirmed, a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations may leave your therapist with empty appointment times. As well, we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that time slot! Because of this, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $35 to your credit card on file.

Here at SOUL-EUS we understand being late is sometimes unavoidable and we will do our best to accommodate the full service. If the client is late for their appointment, your therapist reserves the right to shorten the service in order to accommodate scheduling requirements or to reschedule the appointment. The client will be responsible for the payment of the full service booked.
